This was one of the best Xmas puds I've ever tasted. Even as good as my Mum's and my sister-in-law Amanda's! Rod even flambed it with brandy before serving it with Marg's great custard! Yum!

xmas spirit
Sue, it looks like your classes have totally embraced the xmas tradition. I hope you taught them the song "Six White Boomers" Suprisingly our xmas weather has been very mild this year but still warm enough to be at the beach. I wish you a very happy new year and look forward to hearing all your wonderful stories in 2008 .

Thanks for a second wonderful Christmas time together.
The memories of the past two Christmas Seasons at Taizhou Teachers College have been made more meaningful with your continued friendship, the joy and laughter, and the wonderful holiday-smells eminating from our humble kitchen on the 8th floor of our college "penthouses" at the Gui Yuan Bing Guang Hotel. I wish you sincere blessings for the New Year 2008, the year of the Rat.
