Yes, it's been some months since I published a new blog, but this is proof I have not fallen off the edge of the earth! Xmas Day in Bank of China

The Foreign Exchange computer was broken when we arrived so Suzy and I entertained ourselves for a while by taking some photos!

This was one of the best Xmas puds I've ever tasted. Even as good as my Mum's and my sister-in-law Amanda's! Rod even flambed it with brandy before serving it with Marg's great custard! Yum!

Sue, it looks like your classes have totally embraced the xmas tradition. I hope you taught them the song "Six White Boomers" Suprisingly our xmas weather has been very mild this year but still warm enough to be at the beach. I wish you a very happy new year and look forward to hearing all your wonderful stories in 2008 .

The memories of the past two Christmas Seasons at Taizhou Teachers College have been made more meaningful with your continued friendship, the joy and laughter, and the wonderful holiday-smells eminating from our humble kitchen on the 8th floor of our college "penthouses" at the Gui Yuan Bing Guang Hotel.
