We didn't feel the earthquake!!

This is just a short note to say to everyone that the earthquake today had no effect on our immediate area as far as we know. I did not even take it seriously until Pat called a few minutes ago to see if we are OK!! I thought this would be the fastest way to inform everyone in one step. Will keep you posted.

After teaching many years in Canada, I moved to China in 2007 for a different experience. Teaching a few more years, and seeing a bit more of the world at the same time, seemed like a better idea than retiring.
