Students’ Flea Market

The Wudaokou 五道口 subway station is a major access to the near by universities. Such as -
Beijing Language and Culture University 北京語言大學;

Beihang University 中國航空航天大學;

The side walks near by become a flea market from late afternoon to the early evening’s hours. Most of the stuffs are geared to the students’ populations. There are many accessories for girls, shoes, clothing’s, winter gadgets, books, computer accessories. The side walks already crowed with food vendors and parked bicycles sometimes is hard to walk through. The bicycle parking garage with attendant is .20 rmb ( like three cents ) for in and out, whole day the same price.

Price is very reasonable subject to bargain like any other flea market. The last and best offer is when you started to walk away. A hat asking for 15 rmb , I offered 5rmb which they wanted 10rmb. No deal, I got the same hat at the morning market for 5 rmb, the asking price. Morning market is the best price for anything if they have it. However the morning market does not sell computer accessories. The thermos I bought in the store on sale and the morning market sell the same thing for 2/3 of the sale price but I am not going to get another one.
