Hi everybody!

Eric here.

Today I flipped a bit. The big 10000. 2^5. My MSB will stay here until I turn 64. I don't really remember my 1st, 2nd, 4th, 8th, or 16th birthdays specifically. This one will be somewhat unforgettable. Phnom Penh. Cambodia. Up until a few days ago I would not have believed it.

So yeah, we had a pleasant day. We went to the Russian Market (lots of boot leg CD/DVDs), the Royal Palace, and the National museum. We continue to treat ourselves to good food (thank you Lonely Planet for your recommendations!).

Have a good one everybody!

- Eric, out.

Maybe it rolled behind this statue outside the National Museum. They don't allow photos inside, so this was as good as it could get from our camera. While loitering outside we were also in the background of a travel show/documentary these people were filming in which the host, sporting jaunty hat and backpack, walks through the garden outside the National Museum talking about Angkor Wat.

You can see the guy with the stick, but you don't see him pinching the elephant's butt to direct him from behind. --E

First, Eric's smile belies the fact he is now 10000. Must be shangrala in Phnom Penh. As to the elephant obsession, for Amanda that is not new. She loved the circus from the time she first went at age 101, 2^2+1.
