So from our seriously classy beginnings (see previous resort) our Indonesia trip really went to greater and greater heights, if that is possible. We’ve hung out with the elite of the elite Balinese drag Queens, gotten Tattoos from the best street side vendor there was, and flown first rate with world famous, top quality Wings Air. We’ve had giant fighting geckos welcome us to their country through a traditional Indonesian greeting of falling from the ceiling onto us in our sleep, and rats trying to break through the walls to do the same. “Welcome to Indonesia” they were saying. We felt special.
We’ve been privileged enough to even hear the best Jakarta band there is play thumping music until 3am, when we luckily chose the closest hotel room to their stage. Indonesia was treating us well. But we knew it was too good to last.
Indonesia took a big turn for the worse when we were forced onto a deserted beach island and told to do nothing. All there was to do all day was sit and look at the turquoise blue water and drink beer. Things were tough then, day after day, the same thing, the same beach, the

She tried to claim it was painful same beer, and the same torture.... we couldn't stand it....
So the only thing to do was leave. Straight to Cambodia where Soph took matters into her own hands and scored a teaching job starting in August. Elise is planning on remaining unemployed.....
