Sunrise at Angkor Wat

4am start today!we hired a Tuktuk for the day for $20 through our hotel. Our driver was called tulha and he picked us up at 430am to take us to Angkor wat for sunrise!it was packed with people already but we got a good spot behind some Chinese tourists with big cameras!(they were small enough so didn't block our pics) sun didn't come up to 645am but worth the wait. We then explored Angkor wat and climbed the many steep stairs to the temple!
We then went to bayon and ta prohm(where Lara croft was filmed). Arrived back at the hotel at 2pm and had some lunch and a nap before going to enjoy happy hour! 20p for a beer-bargain!Dinner was at father father restaurant and had some Cambodian food again! Quickly becoming my favourite type of food! Siem reap is buzzing-so much activity everywhere but the people are so poor!feel bad haggling over 20p for a tshirt when the people selling it have nothing! Bit of an eye opener on how lucky we are!
