Traditional family homes.

The drive from Swaziland to Sodwana Bay took us a few hours. On the drive we saw many traditional style huts. We stopped in Jozini to buy some more fresh food for the next week. This was a very busy town. It was good to be shopping in a supermarket again and not from the little shop at the rest camps in Kruger.

Finally late afternoon we arrived at Sodwana Bay. There were many young day visitors here, blasting music from their stereos. Luckily the camp site was not close to their noise. We put up the tent and then went for a walk along the beach. The beach was empty, no-one was about, the day visitors had left. It was a grey, overcast day and I am hopeful the weather will improve for the next week.

On our walk back to camp we noticed a couple of bushbucks roaming about.
