This afternoon and tomorrow Paul was being assessed for his Level 2 qualifications. I joined him and his assessor Megan for a game drive. It started off as a quiet drive until we came across a breeding herd of elephants. There was a tiny little elephant standing next to, virtually underneath its mother. The mother was partly hiding behind a bush she was eating.

We came across another adult elephant. This one was eating ever so slowly and had managed to find some green food amongst the dry bush. The herd were walking away from us, so we moved on. For the rest of the drive we focused on birds (as we saw no other animals!). Paul's assessor was happy with his drive, the rest of the assessment would take place tomorrow morning.
