Well another day, another Safari. We actually had a rather relaxing day after our morning Safari. We just hung around the pool, and each others rooms. We downloaded pictures (The Flaskaruds have an amazing camera) and exchanged pictures, experiences, etc. Once again we had a problem getting on line. We have not been able to download since we left London. We have experienced a bit of a problem getting extra tours scheduled. We think it just a cultural thing. Talk about laid back.. Not that we are complaining. It has been a wonderful day, just doing a lot of nothing, in this beautiful warm landscape. Oh yes, it is very warm in the afternoons ,(80's & 90's) but really is cool in the mornings and evenings. What we can’t figure out is how our cameras get so full if we are doing nothing. It was our last night here at the Game Lodge, and we are almost a little sad because we love our room & our view so much. But the tented camp will be a new adventure. We are off to pack up my bags as they have to be ready for transport by 8:00 in the morning, and we not missing breakfast. (Although it wouldn’t hurt to do just that.)I forgot to report our night Safari. After dinner we took off armed with spotlights and cameras. The elephants were closer to the roads, and there was a fleeting spoting of a bushbaby. We also had what I believe was called a spotted thick-knee Kaptriel blocking the road. The funny little bird just did not want to move. Beyond that it was a nice drive in the cool evening in the dark.
