Kruger day 4

We got up a 5am this morning and left the site when it opened at 5.30 to eat our breakfast at a nearby river vantage point whilst watching crocodiles, buffalos, hippos and a selection of birds in the early morning light. An unreal experience.

It was then a matter of making our way through the Park to exit at Parfuri Gate in the far north western corner. As we continue our journey we will miss the antics of the animals we met around every corner. It has also been good every evening to hear the different experiences of the other members of the party. Today some of them watched a party of four Cheetahs chasing their prey.

The night was spent at the town of Tshipise.

We are entering Botswana tomorrow and have been led to believe that it is unlikely we will be able to post more entries for some time.
