Sunday 6 May was a special day as the moon was full but also at its closest to the earth. I was invited to join an evening of 'moon songs' at the beautiful "Stillness Retreat' in McGregor to share in this once-in-a-year event. Helen has created a stunning space where one can meditate, walk the spiral or attend a yoga class in an environment of absolute peace & tranquility. The property borders on the nature reserve backing the village, so easy walks into nature can also be done. If you need time to relax & unwind, I would really suggest a visit - see for yourself!
