V&A Waterfront: Cape Town Aquarium

After a relaxing morning touring Cape Town on the big red tourist bus we decided to escape the heat and visit the aquarium.
Despite it's small size the aquarium was amazing but I must say I love most aquariums. There is something about the blueness of the water and the dimmed lighting rather like being under a full moon. Twinned with the colours of the fish it makes for a totally calming afternoon.
