Cape Town, day 4, Nov 12

Today the only agenda is Table Mountain, the sun has briefly appeared and I took the chance of going to Table Mountain to try my luck (they said the cable car was working).

As luck would have it, when I got to the foot of the mountain, I was told the cable car is closed for the day, too windy 😞 Guess, have to do Table Mountain on another trip 😞

Spent the rest of the day chilling by the Waterfront (had food at an Indian restaurant "Jewel of India", was craving some desi food, but the food/service was average and helpings huge. The guy who owns this place is from Kandivli East in Mumbai, been in Cape Town for last 14 years, updated him about Goregaon and how that has evolved).

Rest of the day went in chilling by the Waterfront, writing the blog and figuring out logistics for Cape Point (its a nightmare as you would read later)

Not a very active day, but needed the rest

Oh, also changed my return date to India to Dec 29th, Rusty most likely will go to India in mid Dec, so Mozambique cancelled, didn't want to spend New Years without friends 😊
