Conquered the mountain!

Hi

Have had a great week, toured the wineland area, went shopping and trekked up Cape Mountain, not to mention being dribbled, peed and puked on! A good mix of activities eh!
It was great to climb the mountain, apparently the easy route but my legs didn't agree with that! The kids are keeping me very busy on work days, should be a great workout running after two year olds for twelve hours!

Yep it's a goat that lives in a tower - weird but pretty cool!

Mum - a bird of paradise in full bloom, pretty stunning, a real shame yours never got there.

View from Table Mountain trek
Fantastic views from the trek up Table Mountain and taking photos is also a good excuse to stop, I wanted to take a photo every 5 minutes!

Trekking the mountain with Iona and Rachel, litterally like a two hour step class! I can now blame my increased weight on leg muscles!
