Getting excited!

We are thinking more and more about the trip now! We have done some shopping this week for the sponsored children and gifts for hosts. 25skipping ropes have been delivered and more table tennis equipment is on the way, thanks to a generous colleague. Mrs Reeves has charmed BA into giving us a free extra baggage allowance as you probably know, and we'll need it for this and all the sports kit the Thatchers kindly collected. I have put together a presentation to show tomorrow evening at 8.00 at Sakura, The Vilage, Upper Basildon--it's a church group but if anyone would like to come you will be made welcome ! It covers the history of Hope For Africa and our link with the Grace as well as what we do when there, but I haven't included the team's fund-raising activities or we'd be there till late! Putting it together, with photos, video and audio from the last four trips, has brought back so many good memories! I'm a little disappointed that BBC Radio Berkshire have not got back to us yet as they said they would, so a visit there on Sunday now seems unlikely, but watch this space.
