Mozambique trip

DAY 1

Today a mate and I are departing on our week long fishing trip to Bilene Mozambique. It’s now 04h00 and we well on our way to the Komatiepoort border also known as Lebomba it’s a 5 hour drive to the border post. Arriving at Komatiepoort the last stop before going through into Mozambique we have to get the last necessary items such as third party insurance, after getting the insurance it sunk in that we about 15 min away from entering Mozambique. Sometimes I tend to forget how overwhelming the Mozambique side at the border can become as there is a huge communication barrier we being English/Afrikaans and they Portuguese, passing through the border took us ±40 minutes as it wasn't too busy. From here it’s still a 3hour drive to Bilene. On arriving at Bilene its time to set up camp as we will be camping for the week
