Departure

Although we will be spending the next 24 hours on airplanes, there is a genuine air of excitement we all share. We have been looking forward to this trip for a long time and it is exciting that our departure date has finally arrived.

We begin by traveling from Washington, D.C. to Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, we will change planes for our international flight. In route to South Africa, we will stop in Dakar, Senegal, before landing in Johannesburg, South Africa.
