Don't go home yet! Who will I travel with now?!?!
I just read your last 3 blogs, which I saved for when I had time to enjoy them and escape with you. I read them out loud to Mitch on a snowy morning in NY, with hot coffee, heat and other expected accouterments, feeling guilt for what we take for granted. On some level we are aware of the hardships of life outside the US......but reading your blogs, traveling with you, getting to know the people you met....it's now personal and real and incredible! We are grateful that you shared this experience with us....wonder if we could do a trip like this too...Love you both, my incredible cousins...<3 PS...I see a novel of sorts in these blogs...happy to discuss if you're interested. Thinking maybe for teens...to expose them in an interesting way to life outside of the US...?
