Adam had never been to Paris, so we flew from Paris to Marrakech, taking the TGV from Geneva. Sleeping in the "Grand Oasis"... "very special place for you , my friend!"... lots of friends there: about 250 other people slept there that night! Special is a very relative concept!

Moha hosted us in the Todra Gorge and accompanied us to Merzouga... very nice and interesting person with lots of charisma.

The whole area is well known for its fossils. Our "dromadary guy" sold us some he carved out himself.

At the end of the Dades Gorge lays the little town of Ossikis, from which we traversed onto the Taghia Gorge. Big doubts as to whether or not we would leave, since we were headed straight into the storm on the picture.

Traversing from the Dades Gorge to the Taghia Gorge involves lots of riverbed crossing, 10hrs of hiking and lots of rain!

To reach the Taghia Gorge, you need to go over two passes. This is in between the passes where we were caught by a snow storm
