On the coast of Morocco there is a picturesque and beautiful fishing village called Essaouira. We are so happy you told us about Essaouria. We had a lovely time there. We are currently waiting for our transportation to the airport in Casablanca. Our trip has come to an end and we will be back in the US before you know it. Keep traveling and keep writing.

Interesting about the goats in the argon trees...you are right they are cute and a very strange sight! Seems like you enjoyed Morocco and have the obligatory beer pic there ;) Really enjoyed reading your Morocco blogs, seems like a fascinating country and one which we really should have made it to while we lived in the UK...oh well, we'll add it to the list!

Great post!
Essaouira is amazing. I've been there several times and you've done it justice! Great photos, too. Yes, those goats do go up in those precious Argan trees. Although they really shouldn't as the trees are getting damaged. Poor things. Glad you enjoyed Morocco!

Hi Mel,
The beer photos always gain attention. The beaches were lovely and even the cloudy sunset was amazing. We are in JFK trying to get back to SF. Our flight leaving Casablanca was delayed 7 hours for mechanical reasons. We are bound to get home eventually.

We live in Woodland Park, about 30 minutes west of Colorado Springs in the mountains. Last week we were visited by Slowfeet, David and Pat. They said they would be seeing you when they got to San Francisco. They are wonderful people and you will enjoy their visit, as did we. If you ever come this way, stop for a visit!
