The culture of Ghana is unique and valued within the country by its people. The art that is displayed within the society of Ghana is known throughout the world and is known to be specially crafted. Some of the crafts include weaving, wood carving, pottery making, etc. There are some crafts that are to be done by only men, and others for women. Multiple crafts that the make can be sold to make money, and it help spread the culture of Ghana.

One of the most popular forms of art in Ghana is the Adinkra Symbols. These types of symbol are hand printed cloths. The Adinkra cloths were specifically used at a point in time for the royal and spiritual leaders. This mean that it portrayed ranking within Ghana and the class you were in. The leaders would wear them during spiritual ceremonies. The artists of the Adinkra cloths took pride in what they made, it gave them a important and valued role in the culture of Ghana.
