I wanted to follow GorepartY, but he already has 3 followers; thus, I didn't follow him because it seems I might push him out of the running if someone else comes in and follows him before he attains BOW. Was I correct, or does the 4 or fewer followers apply to when he first was nominated? Thanks for getting back to me.

Tara, you can go ahead a follow him if you want. He has to have 5 followers to be front page. He has 4 or less while he is nominated and hopefully he'll become BOW before that happens....or you can wait just to make certain he doesn't go over 5.

Richandgemsadventures already had three nominations. But they hadn't blogger since May, which is why they haven't been in the voting process. Since they have published last week, they'll appear in the vote again.
