Unwanted comments on my blog

I have three unwanted advertising comments on my blog. I want them deleted but cannot find where to delete them. Can anybody advise please?

Wrong location for many cities by Twag
I have made the experience with TB that many cities are shown on a wrong location on the map. In Germany many with special characters ä, ö, ü but also many others around the world. Would there be a free open-source add-on which oyu could use to correct that. But in that case I am not sure, what happens to existing data.
