Are the travel agencies in Bolivia safe?

I can spend just a couple of days in Bolvia since I'm planning to fly from Bs As to La Paz and then take the bus to Puno. I want to stop by Copacabana and Isla del Sol... so, I'm thinking to take a tour from La Paz to Copa to take advantage of the little time I will spend there... what have you heard about Bolivia Expedition, Yaky Travel or any other agencies in Bolivia... are they reliable?
