Im going travelling round south east Asia in Decemeber.I am booking a RTW ticket from uk-oz-Nz-Singapore//overland round thailan,laos,vietnm,cambodia//thailand-Uk.I will want to fly to certain places outside of my ticket for e.g thailand-cambodia.Is it best to book these flights now or to book them as i go along, or somewhere in the middle?
Reply to this if you book first, you usually gets a good deal with cheaper price, however if that is not an issue for you or you might want to change your schedule when you are in asia(maybe staying a bit longer in certain places), then you might just as well book them as you go along
Reply to this In SE Asia it isn't always cheaper to buy tickets in advance. There are many budget airlines here that you can travel with very cheaply. Check out [url=http://www.attitudetravel.com for a list.

It's all arranged in advance if you have a short time.
With some airlines it's cheaper.
Disadvantages:
Your itinerary is less flexible

You travel to South - East Asia in December but you book the fly ticket now is in convenient for you. May be 1 mouth before you go, you can book it. So what do you have ready for your plan? Hotels? Another ticket....?
