Does anyone know of a 1 or 2 day Chinese Calligraphy course that they would recommend?

My partner and I will arrive in Beijing on 30th June this year. We plan to stay in China for 2 months and I'd like to take the opportunity to learn a little about Chinese Calligraphy and try a couple of strokes myself. Can anyone recommend an economical way of doing this? Thanks. Reply to this

Hello - actually I have a language school in Yangshuo and we do exactly that - Calligraphy, Mandarin, Cantonese, Chinese cooking, Tai Chi, Kung Fu and, of course, English. You can view our web site at westschool.com.cn - I'm currently working on a new English version, so check back again soon. Hope to hear from you.

Hi,

I have recently developed a free Chinese learning site in 19 languages for foreigners who want to know some basic Chinese for traveling or before taking up any serious lessons. You may see some Chinese writings under δΈζ–‡η”Ÿθ©ž

Try at http://www.ecChinese.com It is very easy to use, just listen and repeat. There are pictures to support your learning.
