I don’t think we’ll ever learn. Neither of us have any idea when we got back to the hotel on Saturday night - actually, I do recall being chucked out of the bar at drinking up time, but have a feeling we didn’t go straight home. I also seem to recall Claire being extremely upset (and actually quite emotional) when she realised that McDonalds had closed at 3am - was quite disturbing really. Anyway - I dragged myself out of bed at about 10am, crawled over to the room door, put the do not disturb thing up on it and crawled back to bed.
