Well its the last few days in this wicked city, kinda sad to leave in that its a way cool place, somewhere i've always wanted to live, and now i've done it, and prob will nopt be nack for a while..but i'll come back...for sure!! Heya, Been at the beach today, soak'in it up before i head back next week, Dhiraj sails tomorrow so its our last night, and thats it, will not see him again. Having a leaving party on tuesday, with all the peeps from sony who i know, so that will be nice, heading down the hard rock cafe for a burger and drink! should be a good one. Apart from that, I did a few gigs over lastweekend, and some promo work, all of which i've got out the way now. Got a few bits this week, but mostly taking it easy! i should do some more sight seeing, althrough i think i've done pretty well over the past months here. Hello all, This last week or so been a good one! real busy. Gig mania! As it was the way i started my visit to OZ over 3 and a half years ago, i decided to end this trip with a little visit to the Main ozzy festival of the summer...BDO or BigDayOut! Its also been Australia Day this week, kinda like out st george's day, but they go to town on it. kinda like the American Inderpendance day! Toens of pics! lots of fun,lots of sun and lots of beer! Big Day Out was great, saw the killers, muse, tool, the presets, John butler trio, My chemical romance, the streets, Jet, scribe, DJ Justice to name a few. hey all!! Hope everyones well!!! Well this week i've been getting my website realy, and its taken quite a bit to get it sorted. its been long and hard, but i think i've got it now. And i can unvail: www.timothycochrane.com My photographic site. So if everyone can have a look and email letting me know what u think, things that work well, things that need fixing etc etc!! Cool. Other than that i've continued my email quest and getting quite far, which is good. Went to cronulla this weekend so see a mate. They showed me round and we ended up spending the eve in a cool jazz place call the brass monkey. hello all! well its not long until i grace the shores of england once more! so watch out. This week has been a planning week, getting stuck into emailing people ready for when i return.I spent the day exploring the massive park today. its as big as downtown Sydney its self! Apart from that its been quiet in the big brother house, the boyz have been coming and going and the weathers been lovely and warm, so i've been making the most of outdoors. yoyo, got some photos for you all of Harriet and i last week in oz together, Harriet on her way back home as we speak. we've had such a lovely time, been a great chill out week, visiting Chinese and botanical gardens. Playing with sparklers, eating and drinking well,and exploring downtown Sydney. Its coming close to the end now,5 weeks to go until i'm home. 10th feb! 6 months has flown by, and time to head back to the cold! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! Hope everyone had a really cool new year and saw it in, in style!! Harriet and I chose to do what is on the list of ‘100 things to do before you die’, that is, New Years in Sydney Harbour!! We had an amazing time, and well worth the 10 hours we waited to get one of the best seats in the house! We left our house at 12.30 (mid day) and made our way over to north Sydney to a place called McMahons Point. This is directly in front of the bridge, fully face on ( so on the opposite side of the harbour to the opera house, and the other side of the bridge to the opera house!) So we could see the bridge AND the opera house and the city ... read more
