well, today is April the 22nd. there seems to me to be something significant about this date but I can't remember! We'll 22 is a master number and april is the fourth month. 4 can mean Earth (balance). 4 + 22 is 26 which equals an 8. eight means manifestation. what are we going to manifest today? I am manifesting Mt. Mitchel. this is where i am heading, the tallest mtn East of the MIssissippi. over 6 thousand feet, almost 7 (6683' to be exact). It is in western North Carolina in the Pisgah National Forest. Should be fun. the weather is phenomenal for hiking. thank you mom and John and Eric and Meagan and granma and all the folks i have met here. beautiful state. friendly people. as is everywhere i go:) at granmas now ... read more

good morning. happy Sunday to you. this is the Day of Rest, right? yet i am still writing. had a blessed day yesterday. a blessed day of video games (a game called Peggle on the 360 where you shoot a ball out from the top of the screen and try to hit other similar balls that are "hidden" by obstacles (blue balls). once you nail all the red balls with so many pin-ball like shots you move on to the next round. quite exciting! the round ends with big fanfair of classical music and flashing stars and things.), fairs, food, people, and bracelets. the bracelet i am referring to is made of parachute chord, is blue (or teal as Meagan says like papa), yellow, green, and red. it is made of a particular type of knot. ... read more

good morning friends. yes it is a good morning. always right? well, the sun is shining and the weather , for now, is cool. the cats have free range here at my bro's house and his wife Meagan's; that is i cracked the door open for them to get in and out (the cats, not the people). they have a long hair and a short haired cat. both the same colors: white, brown, black, light brown. a kind of tabby, i guess? i will have to look it up. (they are calico, tabby's have stripes) i went for a morning walk meditation. to do this i chose a route that is relatively short and then repeated the route 5 or 6 times, not sure. the route i chose is basically 2 coldisacs bridged by a short ... read more

good morning friends, in the wake of the Boston terror incident (Marathon) i feel somewhat melancholy but the walk through this beautiful neighborhood, that for now is where my granma lives, did me good. i sat by a pond and watched the turtles stick their head up or appear before me and where the large and small carp and other fish, i assume, swim on by. i like looking at the reflection of the trees in the water and the light and the ripples of water. a great painting of nature it is. there is a gravel path that runs the length of the neighborhood here in Fearrington Village. walkers bikers walkers with dogs go on by. trucks cruise by with trailers and cars with waving or smiling passengers as well. there are many deer here ... read more
