Today was another long driving day. We needed to head southwest and put some miles under our belt. Our next stop is Fishkill, NY. This put us in close proximity to the OCC Cafe. The OCC Cafe for those of you who do not know, is a cafe that is built off of the shop of the show American Chopper. This is one of Theo’s favorite shows. He was excited to go in and see all of the bikes that he watched being built. Now...back to our arrival at the hotel in Fishkill.
