Wow. We are official. Our initial flight leaves from LAX on Tuesday, February 19 to Nadi, Fiji for seven days. We hope to stay at some lovely beachside backpackers resort and revel in the incredulousness of our decision to leave behind our life, our comfort zone as we know it! The next leg is to New Zealand for two months, traveling all around the country working on Orangic Farms, staying with friends, and a myriad of incredible, life changing adventures that we can't even begin to fathom at this moment in time. We left Vegas and drove to California which is officially our last stop of our trek America Tour which is a good way means last night in tents but also means that we will soon have to say goodbye we decided to make the most of it and when we got to California, it was late afternoon so we decided to have a pop culture beach day and went to Laguna and Newport beach where we mucked around, played games and watched the Sunset while stuffing ourselves with pizza, made all the better when we won California against the rest of the world volleyball games even though though i have to admit there was twice as many of us. Okay so I'm still figuring out how this all works but it seems pretty cool so far. Bear with me, I'm still new at the blogging thing. Anyways, I leave for Capernwray Bible School in England in two days. I'm not completely packed but I'm getting there. I'm really excited but also kind of nervous because I'm not too sure what exactly to expect; getting there, staying with relatives, roommates, classes, etc. Thank you all for your love and support in my going away for a couple months.
