I hope everyone is well back in Aussie. Pity about the freezing conditions plaguing many parts of Tasmania. It's a real tragedy that Moira and I are missing all of that! We finally experienced some absolute scorchers here, mainly when we revisited Merritt in the interior. 35 degrees plus, we could do nothing but find some shade and consume some nice cold Smirnoffs by the cart. Okay, so there isn't really anything more to explain as the briefing was in the previous entry! It was all taken on the trip home in the last few months. I just thought it would be a shame to miss some of the most beautiful sights of Vancouver Island and city. Enjoy!! I'm now prepping to load photos from the last few weeks in Egypt and Jordan, which have been amazing places to experience and photograph. So here goes...having postponed putting this site together for the last 5 months, I've finally got my act together. Ironically, I am no longer in Vancouver (sitting in a Cairo internet cafe) but it's best to start this site properly, with the amazing couple of months that I spent at home. This was the first visit in 8 years to be more than 2 weeks, which meant a proper catch up with friends and family all over the place. But as I want to crack on to where I am now, I'll try my best to keep this short and sweet! We have been following craigory's travel blog. Thought this forum is great and signed up. I was a pilot for Canadian Airlines and before that Wardair. I understand Craig and his friends need to travel.
