I am an avid exercise participant.
I also travel a lot for business. Most times the hotel gyms are unreasonably expensive and as fall temperatures are starting to come around it is harder for me to run outside. Do you have any advice as too any other workouts and/or exercise equipment I could purchase to stay fit while on the road?
Thanks
Reply to this This too has been on my mind as I prepare for a trip to South East Asia. I generally work out 4 times a week, mainly resistance training, and have made great progress in the last year. It kind of sucks that when I do travel my progress will stand still but at the same time sacrifices need to be made in order to travel for long periods of time. Still I intend to at the very least maintain what I have achieved through body weight compound exercises like pullups, pushups, dips, squats, lunges, core work and I also want to bring a resistance band along with me since they're easy to travel with. Hopefully I can maybe use certain gyms on a day pass if I'm in a big town but that remains to be seen.
Reply to this Hello Iman 😊
I recommend yoga. You dont need any equipment for it and it will keep you suple and in shape. Also, you dont need much space to do it.

Reply to this Its important to stay fit even when you are travelling. So I do exercise if I have the extra time so that I will stay fit during travel.
Reply to this After searching for a easy and light weight exercise product to take with me on the road I found inexpensive resistance bands on
I take them everywhere now and they also allow me to workout in the hotel rooms or in the office. Check them out! Reply to this right Mell, yoga can be done anywhere and it really helped me a lot this past few months losing weight
Reply to this Hi, yoga is great, but some people just don't like it. I usually try to use the normal things around me to exercise - bottles with water, chairs etc. It's fun and keeps me fit even when I'm on the road.
