We got a lot accomplished in our first full day in Maadi. I had a long overdue visit to the beauty salon where Heidi and Heba worked their magic on my hair. Mr. Hassan, my old and Tracy's current maquagi (ironing man) was soooo happy to see me. I think he would fit in my suitcase...huh? Tracy's maid Mila was welcoming but I wouldn't exactly say happy to see us! Thanks to Tracy and Glenn Joyce, I got my old mobile line activated, only to find out that SOME people had deleted my number already...you know who you are! Caroline sneaked onto the CAC (Cario American College) school campus at lunchtime and I haven't seen her again today.
