We are two fresh faced individuals with no idea about life and direction. We make a lot of uncalculated risks that never seem logical to the outside world or ourselves but they seem to somehow eventually work out! Well some of them?

This is the story, when a young romantic married couple go on a mission to see the World's most beautiful beaches, most spectacular sunsets and to enjoy some International beer. Encounters with wild dangerous Jungle animals, mind blowing pot smoking backpackers, falling coconuts, confrontations with half naked tribal people, odd ancient rituals, rip off merchants.....not forgetting absolutely terrifying bus rides.

We find out what happens when 2 lonely foreigners escape the bordom and exhausting pace of their timetabled ways, lose their lonely planet guide book and decide to stop being played and start gettin real. The Real World.

NEXT STOP...........Rio de Janeiro. After our very long bus ride and several stops at juicy meat restaurants, we made it to Rio. We were in luck, Nadja spoke to an old friend who lives in Rio and they invited us to their luxurious flat on the Copacabana, the place where music and passion are always in fashion. This family even has an elevator that comes right into the house.NNIIICCEEE! We had an absolutely fabulous time at their place. On the first day we went straight to the famous beaches of the copacabana and Ipanema. The weather on day one was great. The beaches filled with thongs, thongs and more thongs. Beautiful toned bodies everywhere. Brazilians love to flex their muscles and play football on the beach. On a good day you can see the makings of ... read more

After the worlds largest Salt desert we travelled to various towns including the mining town of Potosi, Sucre, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz. Taxis in some of these towns steer their automobiles similar to rally drivers. Here I have to definitely write something about Sucre because for me it is one of the most pretty cities in Bolivia in my opinion has one of the nicest characters. Days here were spent gazing at some nice architecture and learning something about the Bolivian way of life. The museums in this vibrant town are a must see here. Apart from the management at our hostel, our sleeping place had a great vibe to it. Full of many nationalities that enjoy to party. Our location was ´Joyride´ which is mentioned within the lonely planet. This Bar/Cinema/restaurant owned by a certain ... read more

From Salta we went North, North, North on to Bolivia. What a change of scenery! Bolivia, Bolivia Bolivia. Very little infrastructure hot during the day and extremely cold at night. This is one of the highest countries in the world. We walked with our backpacks over the border, got a couple of stamps in our passports and suddenly there we were, tired hot and hungry with absolutely no Bolivianos. (Cash) We rested in a typical Bolivian restaurant with random pictures on the wall. When you ask for a menu they look at you like you´re an alien. Most of the time we just pointed at what the locals were having as this seems to be the only thing there is. Meat and rice with a water. We needed to make a sharp exit with our Israeli ... read more

After more hot thermal spas, rolling around in mud pools, drinking pisco sour with even more backpackers, locals and animals we thought it was time to hit the road again before this starts to get seriously dangerous. Where to???? Maradonna country to be exact.....................Si Senor ARRRRRRGGGENTTINNNAAAA. The place where the hand of God rests. Another luxury night bus was in order, this time with hot food and plenty of Vino tinto, we got a little uneasy while we were pelting along at 100 Kmh on a lonely dusty road when the drivers decided it would be a good idea to swap seats while driving. Apparently normal in this giant steak country. Crossing borders in south america is also a funny thing. A long process of queing, queing and queing inside buildings with huge 3 metre flags and ... read more

After a 10 or 11 hour flight we eventually landed in Chile. Santiago to be precise. The flight was with LAN airways. This is when I realised that we have got to learn some Spanish FAST! We bumped into the typical Dutch couple who recommended we stay at La Casa Roja hostel, little did I know that approximately 16 hours later at about 5 am in the morning we would be in our pants together along with a couple from the UK somersaulting into a freezing cold pool. As David Brent would say ¨El Vino did flow¨. Half a kilo of steak later we were in the mood to party Chilean style. We managed to order in Spanish and the waiters were in shock when they asked for dessert and we replied with ¨yes please can ... read more

CHOOSE SHEEP! No really I´m not joking! CHOOSE SHEEP! New Zealand is full of lush green countryside, a mixture of Wales, Scotland, Ireland with small towns that look USA (ish). We landed in Auckland stayed the first night in a hostel and then thought it was time to explore this country Nadja style. So we hired a bright PINK Barbie campervan where we would cook and sleep from and cruise the north Island. It broke down twice!!! This machine was hard going and I needed to keep my foot to the floor just to make it move. The best thing about New Zealand is that you can camp pretty much anywhere in the wild. So we did just that. It only cost 35 NZ bucks a night, apparently people told us that was quite expensive, but ... read more

(this means pleased to make your acquaintance) We arrived in Australia and checked into a very comfortable youth hostel with a huge Iron door. There was a nice hospitable Welsh owner who greeted us at the front with a ¨whadayawant??¨ (which we interpreted as - might I enquire about your needs?) actually it was more of a ¨alright bud!¨ this place immediately chilled us out after the long jour... read more

Ready to Rumble Alot of beer drinking went on at this Island after we met Jason and Sarah from Canada on the fery over. Chang and Singha beer were always somewhere in the background. After a recommendation from Celine in Munich that we should find Bovys supermarket once we are at the port we did just that. A sexy Thai woman picked as up aka Bovy. She drove us in her green USA style pick up truck to her Ocean view Bungalows........... our adventures included, almost being bitten by Sea Urchins, Jeremy being squirted with some odd substance from a sea slug, getting lost in the Jungle, being rescued at sea and staying up for some midnight skinny dipping. This included Sophie and Charlie from Bath. Charlie is in the soon to be extremely famous band ... read more
