I went to the Guinness Storehouse yesterday....it's the closest thing you can get to the actual brewery, considering they don't do tours of that. The storehouse is floors and floors of Guinness mecca. I think I spent almost 5 hours there!!! It takes you through the process of making the beer (step by painstaking step), advertising, history, and finally, consumption. The Gravity bar is the top floor, a 360 degree view of Dublin which was beautiful, as the sun was shining (finally!) It's like being in an ad, everyone is drinking perfect black and white Guinness pints and nothing else.... I received my pint, complete with shamrock on the lovely creamy head (I was told they didn't do that in Dublin, HA!), and made my way to the windows and comfy seats. I took a moment,
