Greetings! Just a quick post to let everyone know that i am back in the states. I didnt have the opportunity to update my travel blog as much as i wanted to. but I would love to tell you all the stories that i have gathered over the past couple months. it seems that there are simply just too many to tell! my flight was great, i got a free seat upgrade, and rode home with tons of legroom. other than the crying babies, everything was as good as an airplane ride can be. London was ok, simply put i thought it was a boring city. but seeing Big ben, and the tower bridge was neat to see with my very eyes. (although london bridge is very un-spectacular.) the beer was good, the cider even better. ... read more

Greetings! I know that i have not updated this in AGES, so i apologize for that. Currently i am in Bayeux, in Normandy. I was previously in Paris, Baden Baden, and Munich. Munich was AMAZING. The beer there was fantastic. i met a guy randomly that i had met originaly in Cologne germany over a month ago! that was really surprising. I went to the hofbrau Haus, and the Augustiner Brewery. IT definitly was a town of Leiderhosen and Bratwurst. Went to the Dachau concentration camp. Very moving. its hard to explain. and i cant upload pics, so itll have to wait til i get home. After that i went to Baden Baden, a spa town on the border between germany and france. It was superb. i got to do some epic Spa action, along with ... read more

Greetings from Salzbourg! Im not quite sure how to describe this town. It is amazing. You have the alps in the background, with a foreground of the salzbourg fortress, which is an epic piece of history. German food, hiking that is only a few min away. and its not too big, and not too small. it seems to be a perfect blend! I went a hiking yesterday, wow i found it preety easy. its just humid, so that makes ya all sticky. i find it hard to beleive that i could be so lucky. there is soo much that i have experienced over the past months. Ive decided to Cut italy out of this trip, it was a hard cut. but it seems that i am already running out of time. im planning on going to ... read more

Greetings from Vienna. i know i havent been able to keep up on my travel blog here. Things have just been really hectic. Always busy, and always something new to do! I arrived in Vienna a few days ago. The hostel that i am at has a great kitchen and it is amazing to be able to cook for myself, it saves a TON of money This is a great city, but not what i expected. it all seems really new, with a little bit of old mixed in. but i can say that the coffee here is phenomenal! its strong, but just goes down so smooth. Got to be careful though, it is WICKED expensive. I met a History teacher named Tim, it was his first time at a hostel. Great guy, it was cool ... read more

Greetings from Krakow!! I arrived in krakow last evening at about 7 pm. it was a 10.5 hour train ride. it was nothing short of boring. it was slow as all hell, there were no fast trains on the route so it just took forever. and this old dude kept snoring in front of me so that made sleep just impossible. but i did get to see some polish countryside. it was alot like the midwest. i thought i was taking a train through Wisconsin for a while. Krakow is a cool place so far. i went out last night and to my surprise, i couldnt get into any clubs. you have to be 21 or older. this just makes no sense. you can drink at 18, but cant go into a bar/club untill 21. hmmm ... read more

Greetings from Dusseldorf! Just thought i would give an update from my little adventures in Dusseldorf. let me start by saying that this town has not nearly as much to do as Cologne. Good thing om only here a couple days. The rhine is beautiful as always, and i got to sit on the beach and chill out for a couple hours and start reading a book. I bought "Angels and Demons" because it is nice to have a book on those long train rides when you are sitting next to someone who isnt the best at conversation or is just plain annoying. This place does have a couple things that are interesting, but really nothing with extended mind grappling. The rhine tower is a big ass Tv tower that lights up at night and has ... read more

Hello from germany! p i guess i should let you al know where i am heading, and what has happened yet so far. p i arrrived in germany after a 2 some hour train ride from Amsterdam. it was a high speed train and we were bookin. i got to see some tulip fields and windmills as well. nobody had a seat next to me so i was ale to stretch out and relax. when we were 10 min away from cologne i caught a glimpse of the cathedral. holy cow, it looked big from that far off i couldnt imagine how big it would be when i got right up next to it. it is MASSIVE. i paid 2 euros and got to climb the left tower, it was a shitload of stairs, in ... read more

Hello all from Dublin! This is my first post from overseas and im having a fantastic time. my hostel is alright, but i sure miss my bed. the noise from the big city can be daunting to sleep for sure. i had a pint of guiness at the oldest pub in ireland and had a conversation with an Austrailian fellow that was great. I have walked this city over and over and feel that i have learned alot. people are starting to notice that i am speaking like im a native haha. im trying to upload some photos here so i hope it works, and forgive my spelling, im not used to this keyboard lol. ive been to multiple musems and Catherdrals. i think im becoming a Cathedral hound, Saint patricks was amazing and i dont ... read more
