Well guys i am in Munich now. So far Germany seems really cool....the food and the beer are so good. In fact there isn,t really too many sites here...just alot of statues and beer halls. In case it,s pouring rain right now so i,ll be inside chillin at the beer hall for a while. Later in the day the rain cleared up however and I had a great time sitting in a beer garden watching a Bavarian band. Then at nite I went on a brewery tour that lasted into the early hours were we ended up at some club with a rock band playing Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park covers. And the crowd was a good 200 strong rockin out. ... read more

Spent a few days in the old capital of the Hasberg empire known as vienna. It,s definalty a city stuck in the past but it was a great past so hey. We saw some mozart in a palace where he played and we saw some amazing jewels. I wish could have stayed longer but we,re starting to move fast so we can a bunch of stuff at the end.... read more

. We have spent the day in the Hungarian town of Eger. The town itself is quite a treat with old castles and all that classic stuff...plus we got a really great room. The coolest part however is the valley of the sirens just outside of town. Here are hundreds of caves that serve as wines cellars. You get served homemade wine from old wooden barrels. If you want to buy some they just fill up a plastic jug. And it,s really good wine.   s;... read more

I don't know what I expected of budapest but it's not like i expected.  It's really cool though but so huge and our hostal is miles from the center..but we still walked the whole way and got to see tons of the local stuff i guess. It reminds me of an american city.  That is the side of the city called Buda which is more subrhan and mellow.  Pest is the more city like side.  Well we're having fun and tommorrow we have plently more to see here.... read more

This small town in the Czech republic is one of the best towns i've been too on the trip.  The town itself has a super chill atmosphere and the hostal we stayed at was part of the city walls.  We spent a day rafting to the next town..and then there was the free keg on wensday.  All in all a great place.... read more

Becca and I have arrived in Prague after traveling through Dresden and Frankfurt.  There is definatly a certain magic to the city... also a certain fakeness to it.  You get the feel that no-one actually lives in the city center..it's all tourists.  Despite this Prague is really easy to enjoy.  And the beer is so cheap in the czech republic..  I have never found a half liter of beer over a US dollar and this in in bars and restaraunts. The food is also plentlyful and cheap.  Just don't go see black light theature because it's horribly bad.  ... read more

As some of you may be aware, my girlfriend Becca has joined me for the end of the trip.  We began together in the small german town of Bacharech on the Rhine River. We have spent the last two days siping local white wines, riding down the river in a boat, touring ruined castles, and staying with an old german lady how cooks a mean breakfast. We are having a great time and wish you all well!... read more
