We have spent the day in the Hungarian town of Eger. The town itself is quite a treat with old castles and all that classic stuff...plus we got a really great room. The coolest part however is the valley of the sirens just outside of town. Here are hundreds of caves that serve as wines cellars. You get served homemade wine from old wooden barrels. If you want to buy some they just fill up a plastic jug. And it,s really good wine.
