Hello there! So its been longer than normal since I've written a blog, mainly due to us absoultely loving Pokhara and therfore staying longer! After I wrote in Varanasi, we travelled for two days to get to Pokhara. One day on the bus to the Nepal border, then we slept on the border and then the next day we got on another bus to Pokhara. Hell there! So tonight will be our fourth night in Varanasi and I think I'm going to have a bit of trouble describing it well...but i'll do my best. We got a train from Agra to Varanasi and that train journey really sucked for me, was feeling really ill and barely got any sleep, was o happy to get off the train. Hello there! SO last time I wrote, we were preparing to leave pushkar on the sleeper bus. It was out first time on the sleeper bus and I really likes it. It had seats on the bottom tier and them 'double' beds on one side of the second tier and single beds on the other side. Jay and I got a double bed compartment, quite romantice really! the jounery took about 10-11 hours and I got loads of sleep, good times! Hello there! SO we've been in Pushkar for 5 nights now and its been fantastic, such a great change from the madness of Mumbai!The first full day we had in Pushkar, we headed straight down to the famous lake, where all the Ghats are. In these Ghats, people come from near and far to bathe and cleanse themselves. Hello Friends!So we got the train from Goa to Mumbai and got to a hotel we saw in our lonely planet guide because it was quite late, its was like in some sort of ghetto!!! The next day we woke up and went to the cheapest place in Mumbai, the Salvation Army Hostel!Oh my god that was a mistake! Hello there! So from Hampi, we had a train to Goa...which got cancelled so frantically we had to arrange something else! So 4 buses and two trains later we got to Anjuna Beach, Goa! We had heard that Goa was a bit of a Ghost town as we were there in 'off season' and Anjuna Beach definately was, there was nothing going on, but to be fair we were cool with having the whole beach to ourselves! Hello there!So since last time I did a blog, we caught a train to Hospet then a bus to Hampi. Hampi has been absolutely amazing!The place is like I've never seen before! hello there!so we've been in bangalore since Friday and are getting our 9 hour train to Hampi in about 5 hours!Bangalore has been really good, has been good to be in a major city! Hey guys so my first blog on my first day, so much 2 talk about already! Cochin as absolutely mental but first got to toalk about the flight over here!
