Bob and Trish BFF What we're learning about boating... more good people to miss! See you soon. You've going to have to number your escapades. eg. VB2-2010 or T3-2011! : )
SafeTgord Reconditioned? That's a good term! Our young friends have an
Honda Element. Apparently designed for the 20's age group with bicycles etc. You made good time. Fooled me on the Super 8... thought it was a jet. LOL
What a pleasure to meet you and allowing us to come aboard! Great to meet the three of you on dry dock at Sadler Point Marina. We want to get to know you better and spend more time aboard the Melodeon. Check me out on Facebook at Didier Busnot or email us or phone me at The Seafood Gourmet at 730-0077.
Choices: hurricane or snow! Loved your visit. Sad to see you go. Keep skirting hurricanes. Lucky you to be avoiding snow -- and winter does seem to be getting ready to set in early. My newly sprouting lettuce is sure to be frosty before it gets big enough to harvest unless there's a change in the temperature. Keep the blog coming....
Bon voyage Sorry we missed you when you were in Ontario. We were in the 1000 Islands for part of September and had an enjoyable trip. The boating season is coming to a close too soon. Keep in touch - may see you next time you are back this way
Sorry I missed your homecoming I'm glad you Old salts got reconditioned while you were here. I hope your return to the Melodeon will be a happy one. May the coming winter find you basking in the sun on a safe beach in a safe southern latitude. BTW, we made the drive to Victoria BC in four days towing a UHaul behind a Honda Element! Can you top that? I'll send (small) pictures by Email :-)
As always,
Gord...............
BFF (Boating Friends are the Finest! Great to see you guys again! Hope to see you sometime this winter (You know where to find us). Give Ginger a scratch behind the ear for us.

Hi Folks Hi there Chris and Frank nice to read up on your activities. Hope we can meet up sometime this winter. Boat is still floating at Stillwater
Don
Hi!!! Hi, Chris and Frank,
Just found out about your blog, so have lots of catching up to do. Think of you both often and wonder how your big adventure is going--now I will know.
Having my own adventure this year, going to Kenya with a medical mission in December for 3 wks.
Run into any oil slicks lately? Take care. Gail.
Gordo Heh: What is that... a bike, no doubt? I'll tell Frank.
So try 100F with 100% humidity, 10 UV and no AC. A shower lasts for 10 minutes and then you wonder why you bothered. You do get used to it but it's no wonder southerners speak so slooooooooooowly. LOL
Storm clouds That picture of the sun peeping out of the clouds looks like the 'Crab Nebula" photo from the hubbel telescope. Hope all is well and you get all them thar barnacles removed. We are enduring a 90 degree heat wave here in the Sunparlour. Tell Frank I picked up a 81 R100RT. In this heat its similar to riding a blowtorch through death valley..........
With a crew of 3, Frank, Chris and Ginger Bear, MELODEON left Fraser Park Marina in Trenton, Ontario, Canada in 2009. Like many aquatic snowbirds heading south, MELODEON voyaged through the Erie Canal, the Hudson River, the Atlantic ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway until reaching sunnier shores in Florida and the Bahamas . 2011-12 is MELODEON's third cruising season, with the last two trips spent lingering in the sparkling waters and peaceful havens of Grand Bahama Island.... full info
