Hi everyone, this is our last blog. Not got too much to say but we had a great time in Fiji and spent most of it sunbathing and relaxing and met some really nice people. We then flew to LA on the 26th May and due to the time difference we had to repeat this day again! We coped well though and the sleep seems ok ..... so far. We spent the day in Hollywood and went to Hollywood Boulevard and saw the stars along the walk of fame, Kodak and chinese theatre and we then paid for a tour of the city and saw the celebrities houses and roads etc. Today we made our way to Santa Monica and shopped! Hi everyone, we are currently in Cairns waiting to check in to our hostel and very tired after the best weekend ever! If you ever get to go to Oz then we would recommend this and go on the bommerang. We got Airlie Beach on the 22nd and checked in our luggage etc and made our way to the boat for 13:45. By this time we had met an Irish guy called Eddie, who lives in Melbourne and 2 English guys called Matt and Lee, who are at present travelling but may look to move to New Zealand. After recovering from all the exciitement of Bondi we spent the next day in the city and went to Darling Harbour. This is where we saw the aborigini guy that walks around there for photos. We then had dinner, which was free but gross and then Stacey and I headed to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge for night time pictures! We then went to bed ready for our 5am wake up call! The next day (6th April) we got the morning bus and headed for Newcastle. We spent the day in the town and just chilled in the evening. Oops just realised that I rushed to tell you all about Sydney and the Great Ocean Road and didnt tell you about Melbourne! We left Perth on the 28th March and flew from Perth to Melbourne and got to our hostel about 2am. We sneaked into our dorm and tried not to wake the other 5 girls and tried to get some sleep. We're in an 8 bed dorm and all the girls that come and go appear really nice and friendly. They are from all over including Scotland, Canada, Holland and Germany. On the 29th we headed to the backpacker travel company, Peter Pans. Well we've survived Stacey's birthday celebrations! On Saturday we got up and went to Swan Valley for some wine tasting. We went to 3 places called Lancaster, Ugly Duckling and Sandalfords. We were able to work our way through their lists and taste various wines so as you can imagine we were a little bit merry after that! We then went back home and chilled out and then got ready and had drinks at the house. We then headed out at 11pm with Lauren, Jamie, Natalie and Jodee and went to Euro Bar in Northbridge.
