Drinking games in Surfers Paradise Hi everyone, we havent had much internet use so its been hard to stay in touch. We got to Surfers Paradise on the 11th April and met two guys in our room. One guy from Scotland called Andy and one guy from Sweden called Adam. Adam stayed with us for most of our stay and had become a good friend. That night we all cooked dinner, chilled and watched blood diamond. The next day we all headed to the beach and got some much needed sun :-) We then all decided to go out that night and tried for the first time the deadly wine called goon! It started off well but we then started drinking games so it got a bit messy by the end of the night and Stace couldnt string some of her sentences together and I walked into a wall that apparently wasnt there! We then headed to sin city club and danced the night away with free booze as it was ladies night! We passed Adam drinks too so he could join in. After a hangover we said our goodbyes to Adam and he headed South and we made our way to Brisbane. We had to

Our Team for Fraser Island change our room as it absolutely stunk and fingers crossed we dont come across that again. Nicole met her friend and Stacey and I stayed at Southbank by the lagoon and chilled and had a walk and lunch. We then met Nicole and headed back to our hostel and had the free BBQ and played Bogan Bingo! This was so funny and well explain when we get home :-) The next day we then headed to Mt Coot-Tha and done the 1½ hr trek in the heat (great, not ha ha!) and then visited the botanical gardens. We got pictures of the city from around here. We then headed back to the lagoon and met up with our friend Vicky and went back to the hostel and had the BBQ again and this time was a disco. We then got up the next day and headed to Noosa Beach, Sunshine coast. We only stayed for the afternoon and overnight so we just met the people there, cooked dinner, chilled and I walked along the beach the next day to take pictures before we left. We then made our way to Rainbow Beach and had our briefing ready for the Fraser

Driving on to the barge for Fraser Island Island 4x4 camping. We met Reid, Marcus, Elisa, Taija and Roberto, who were in our car and just had drinks and our meal before going to bed ready for the camping experience. When I say experience it definately was! It practically rained the whole time ha ha! We tried to not let it ruin things but was such a shame as some things didnt look as beautiful in the rain. On the first day Nicole drove and went to Champagne falls and the shipwreck. We couldnt do Indian Point on the cliffs due to the rain. We then had to set up camp and cook dinner that day and we all had a bit of goon! Oh and if we needed to go to wee we had to squat and for a number 2 we had to dig a hole and bury it. Luckily we were all fine during our time there ha ha! I also forgot to mention that there were dingoes there too so we had to go in pairs and clap our hands to scare the dingoes away while the person was having a wee, what an experience. The next day I drove and had a great

The view as we approached Fraser Island and the other cars waiting to come back again. That was us in 3 days time. time driving us to Lake MacKenzie and through the forests and up and down the hills. I had to change from H2 to H4 and loved it! Marcus then took over and we headed to Eli Creek and central station for a trek in the forest in the rain and back to our camp. The next day Stacey drove and took us to Waddy Lake and I have to say due to the weather this was the best part. We saw the lake full with catfish and the most incredible and largest sand dunes in the world. It was an amazing site. We then made our way back to the pick up point and had to get on the barge and back to clean all of our equipment. We then all looked like drowned rats and had a much needed shower (not had one for 2 days!) and washed all of our clothes. We then met up with everyone and had dinner and drinks and then went to bed. Today (20th) Stacey and I got up to go out at 6:45am to feed the dolphins at tin can bay. We fed a dolphin called Patch and it was great fun
