Stace and Nicole with Kya

After recovering from all the exciitement of Bondi we spent the next day in the city and went to Darling Harbour. This is where we saw the aborigini guy that walks around there for photos. We then had dinner, which was free but gross and then Stacey and I headed to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge for night time pictures! We then went to bed ready for our 5am wake up call!

The next day (6th April) we got the morning bus and headed for Newcastle. We spent the day in the town and just chilled in the evening. It was a shame as it kept raining at this stage so we couldnt do much else.

The next day the weather wasnt much better but we decided to head out and investigate and compare their newcastle and ours. Ours is better!!! We got dropped at the beach and took pictures and then walked back along the harbour and got a bus to Blackbutt Reserve and walked around and saw kangaroos, birds, lizards and koalas. We also paid for 2pm to stroke a koala and this is where we met Kya. We took pictures and had a stroke so

that was really good. We then headed back to the hostel and went out with everybody from the hostel for a free dinner and drinks. We also met a girl from England called Vicky and she came with us on the night bus to Byron Bay. We caught the bus at 8:50pm and we got there the next day at 7am.

We are now in Byron bay and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have sunbathed and on Friday and Saturday we ate at cheeky monkeys and stayed for drinks and tonight we have cooked at the hostel and just chilled. We have to be packed and out the room before 10am tomorrow to get the bus to surfers paradise so bye for now!
