Hi Everyone, I wanted to put in some pictures of Allen's and my visit to Ballykelly in Northern Ireland to visit his family, and to see some of Ireland as well. We took the car and went over on the ferry, which was really nice. We drove all night to Liverpool and got the day ferryover, which takes around 8 hours. But, we slept through the meal but luckily a sympathetic barperson gave me some sandwiches and a couple of danishes and tea. Very nice. Hi Everyone, It's been a long time coming I know but I can finally update this blog after 3 months. I have the internet at home and a laptop now so I won't have any excuses not to update everyone on what's been happening. I'll start with some of the places I've seen in Cornwall and Devon. Hi Everyone, I hope you're all well. I'm in Colchester at the moment and have been for about a week. I came back to see Trevor's family here, Pat, John, Kevin and Mary. It's been nice to be back in a homey environment after spending over a month in hostels. They're great, but it's good to take a break from them. Hi Everyone, While I have some time I thought I'd make this blog as up to date as possible. From Cornwall I went to Bristol, to Wales then to Bath then back to Bristol and to Newark (Nottinghamshire). That's where I am at the moment. My time in Cornwall was great - except for some eccentrics in the hostel in Penzance it was great. Hi Everyone, It's been a while since I last wrote and I hope you're all well. While I was in Reading I checked out an Abbey which was really nice. Not so nice that the last Abbot (his friend apparently) and 3 monks were hanged, drawn and quartered by King Henry XIII for 'treason.' Coincidentally, just after this the abbey became a royal palace. How things work out.......... From London I went to Cambridge to see Jenny and Chris, as well as meet Jenny's sister Pat (both my Dad's cousins) and their family. Hi Everyone, Since the last time I wrote I've been to Colchester and London (yes, again). I'm in Reading at the moment visiting Jo and am heading to Cambridge in the next couple of days. My time in Colchester with Trevor's sister, Pat, was great. I don't think I've laughed so much in 3 days as I did then. I was able to see my first castle in Colchester which was very interesting. Hi Everyone, Well I've been in England now for about a week and a half. My flight was good on the way over. Luckily the seat next to me was free so I was able to have a lie down and get a few hours sleep. I made my way to Hornchurch with my great aunt and uncle, about an hour from London. Well the four weeks in WA went so much quickly than I thought it would. Catching up with my family and friends has been great but it's gone way too quickly. I did get to catch up and Sim and I did get to be tourists at the Roundhouse in Freo .............. It was so nice to be home and go to some of my favourite places, but I really should have made the effort to see more.
