This is the musk ox. Apparently these guys are an endangered species; check out those horns! For many years they were hunted to near extinction and now have been brought back to approximately 4000 in the entire world. They are no longer hunted but it has been discovered that their hair can be harvested and turned into wool for making sweaters. While travelling we saw many items made of musk ox wool in the gift shops.
