As many of you know, the TravelBlog family recently lost a friend and inspiration -

Tara Cloud, sad news.
After a week's hiatus the award is back. Normally one of the qualifying criteria is that the photo be in a blog entry published within the preceding month. In attempt to do justice to the continent that Tara knew and loved so well, this criteria was ignored for the current round. The remaining short list candidates will also be published on the TravelBlog Facebook page over the coming week. Please check them out, and while doing so take a moment to remember Tara.
