I've been working in Honduras for the past two months, in a bilingual school/kindergarden near Copan Runas. I loove the job and was supposed to stay until July, but due to personal reasons I will have to travel back home very soon. Yet, I wouldn't like to leave "my" kids down, that's why I thought about posting an ads here on Travelblog to find a substitute.
Unlike what happens with most teaching jobs in Central America, in this case you'll receive free accomodation, food and a wage (an Hondurean one, though). There are two basic requirments only: 1) being fond of children; 2) being fluent in english. Having some spanish knowledge would help, but is not necessary, as classes are to be taught in english only (there are local teachers for the spanish ones).
