Greece Apartment?

Hi,

I am thinking about spending a couple of weeks to a couple of months living in Greece. I would love to rent or sublet a "character" house or apartment. You know what I'm talking about....airy, lots of natural light, overlooking a town or ocean, white stone-like buildings, court yard.

While I am sitting and pondering the shape of the globe and relaxing in my perfect sublet/rental unit.... I would also be thinking about taking cooking lessons from some of the local women.

Does such a place exist? Where should I start looking?

My boyfriend, who speaks greek, would be coming with me at least for a little while.
