Today was our last breakie all together and then had to say bye to a few ppl on the tour which was really sad but I'm sure we'll see most ppl again hopefully! We then had to spend a while looking for accom for the next 2 days co the one el and I booked online before we left NZ for 3.90BL a night turned out to be a massive mistake on the website and was now gonna cot us over 35BL a night. Plus Allie, Dan and Trav were now wanting to stay with us so we found a place for the 5 of us in Botofogo and booked that.

We then spent the arvo on the beach which was really nice. At 2.30pm we left the beach, headed to the new hostel, got changed and started making our way up to the Christ Redeemer statue. It was pretty incredible! Massive with amazing views at the top of the mountain!

After this Dan chose to spend his birthday dinner at KFC, which was just down the road from our hostel. So we hopped on a bus from the statue and missed our stop so drive for 2 hours to our hostel!!! It should have been maybe 20mins!! So starving we got to KFC and actually had a really good meal but were disappointed cos the chips were so not KFC chips!!!

Early night cos we were all exhausted!
